At Valcrest Solutions, we strive to deliver the highest quality of medical counselling. This policy details refund eligibility.

1. Service Fee Refunds

The package fee covers counsellor mapping, document checks, and round choice filling strategies. Fees are generally non-refundable once the 1:1 onboarding session has been conducted.

2. Security Deposit Protection Promise

If a candidate forfeits their counselling security deposit (e.g. ₹2 Lakhs) due to a direct calculation error or misguidance by our choice filling checklist, Valcrest Solutions will refund our service advisory fee in full.

3. Cancellation Requests

Candidates can cancel service registrations prior to active round counseling. To request a cancellation, please email support@valcrest.in.
